The film ‘Vanishing Tigers’ explores the reasons and offers solutions that could help make a difference and turn the tide. It is an effort to reach out and protect the tiger from extinction.

Involvement of local communities, children and tribal people especially those who are immediately around the national parks is vital, if we are to protect the specie. Earth Matters is also taking on the responsibility of enrolling over one million volunteers under the Tiger Protection Force all over India and begin a national effort by the citizens to protect the global heritage.

“The Assam Pradesh Youth Congress (AYPC) has tied up with the Earth Matters Foundation, a public charitable trust headed by environmentalist Mike Pandey, to protect the country’s national animal. …Also on the agenda of the Tiger protection Force is a film by Mr. Pandey titled, Kaziranga – The Last Home of The Tiger’.”
