Earth Matters Foundation partners with organizations and individuals to help find solutions to relevant environment and conservation issues aiming to work both in rural and urban areas. The key is to talk to the communities at the grass root level and the youth of the country who will be the future decision makers.
We use films to sensitise children to social and environmental issues, covering topics like wildlife conservation, water, pollution, health awareness etc.
To do so, extensive Awareness Generation and Information dissemination is done through outreach programs in rural areas. This includes film screenings, awareness drives among children, environmental walks to sensitize children and communities to their own environment, talks and discussions etc.
Regular screening of our films in schools, nature clubs and other institutions to inspire children and young adults are done in urban areas. The film screenings are followed by discussions and talks to help sow the seed of change in the young minds. |
